The engagement shape
Four phases, in order
Every engagement runs the same arc. The phases are sequential because the output of each one is the input to the next.
Diagnose
Find the execution breakdowns by shadowing leadership and mapping how decisions actually flow through the organization.
Design the operating model
Structure, ownership, planning cadence, decision frameworks — designed for your stage and goals, not lifted from a template.
Install the leadership cadence
Put the leadership cadence in place that supports the model, so the system is run by your team — not by a document.
Coach until it runs without him
Coach the team until the system runs without Alex. That is the exit condition of the engagement, not a renewal pitch.
Fit
What this is not
Not generic coaching
There is no curriculum of leadership platitudes. The work starts from your decision flows, your planning cadence, your specific breakdowns.
Not a course
Remote University publishes the research. The engagement is hands-on operating work inside your company.
Not an open-ended retainer
The engagement is fixed at 3 to 6 months, and the last phase exists to make Alex unnecessary.

Where Remote University fits
Remote University is the public layer of the same work — primary-source research on the operating systems behind the companies that figured out distributed execution.
